Hispana Airways Rules and Regulations

Rules and Regulations for Hispana Airways members.
1) PURPOSE OF THE COMPANY

1.1) Offer its services to users registered in IVAO and enthusiasts of aerial simulation, in order to simulate the operations registered in the system. To do this, Hispana Airways provides, at no cost, the tools and services deemed appropriate to serve the people who are part of this community.
1.2) In order to meet this objective, registered users who make use of Hispana Airways services are required to comply with the following regulations developed in three sections: 1. General terms 2. Operations 3. Promotion system; as well as respect and comply with the IVAO regulations


2) GENERAL TERMS

2.1) Code of conduct: The user will commit himself, maintain correct, tolerant and polite behavior, while making use of Hispana Airways systems, both on the website itself and on the IVAO network. Any violation of the fundamental rights of people, as well as the fraudulent use of systems, implies the immediate suspension of access to the service. Said measure could be irrevocable by a decision of the Administration of Hispana Airways.
2.2) Admission: The administration of Hispana Airways will reserve the right of admission of all the registrations registered through its website. Likewise, Hispana Airways reserves the right to cancel access, without prior notice and without explanation, to those people who are deemed unsuitable for the proper functioning of this community.
2.3) Once accepted, you will receive a welcome email with additional information.


3) OPERATIONS

3.1) The use of Hispana Airways (HIS) callsign is MANDATORY, the administrators thank all the pilots who use it quite frequently, since they promote our company. It is forbidden to send a report when you have made a flight in the virtual network that you have not used the corresponding Hispana Airways callsign.
3.2) Hispana Airways, conducts events and meets (meetings) regularly, where the objective, in addition to advertising for the VA, competes for the best Landing, in said event the callsign to use will be assigned by the person in charge of Tour and Events
3.3) Pilots registered with Hispana Airways will fly the routes and with the fleet provided by the company through the reservation system. Charter flights will be allowed as long as they are in sequence. Using the callsign to choose between HIS7000 up to HIS7999.
3.4) Regarding callsign, whenever a flight is made through the reservation system, the flight number will be used as callsign. Assuming that more than one pilot intends to do the same route at the same time, because in this case, he will book on the page, but will use callsign as if it were a charter flight (HIS7000 to HIS7999)
3.5) The flights will be in sequence (in other words, you take off from the same place you arrived on the previous flight). Jumps allowed only on event days.
3.6) Commitment: - Make the first flight in the VA in at least 15 days after entering the virtual company. Otherwise it will be placed inactive, and completed 30 days it will be automatically disconnected from the VA. - Make at least 1 (one) flight every 15 days, and report all flights to the FS client. Otherwise, it will be placed as inactive for 30 days, and after more than 30 days it will be disconnected from the VA.
3.7) Flights with a landing higher than -800 are not accepted.


4) PROMOTION SYSTEM

4.1) Ranks: All applicants admitted as Hispana Airways pilots will immediately hold the rank of Student Pilot so make your first hour of flight. Being able to choose between CESSNA C172 / C182 and ANTONOV AN-26
4.2) Pilots who are members of other VAs or IVAO who check ranges will be assigned the equivalent rank on Hispana Airways.
4.3) Each range has its specific aircraft that the pilot is allowed to fly. For the change of rank, you must have the required hours as announced, and take a theoretical exam. In the case of instructor, you will also be asked for a practical exam
4.4) Student Pilot: the requirements to obtain the license is 0hr flight. Aircraft allowed for this range: C172 / C182

4.5) Private Pilot: the requirements to obtain the license is 5hr flight and to have passed the theoretical exam. Aircraft allowed for this range: C172 / C182 / AN-26
4.6) First Officer: The requirements to obtain the license are 50 hours of flight and having passed the theoretical exam. The pilot aspiring to this category must be a Student Pilot. Aircraft allowed for this range: C172 / C182 / AN-26 / B732 / B734 / DC93 / MD82.
4.7) Captain: Allows its owner to act as pilot in command of a multi-pilot aircraft. The requirements to obtain the license are 100 hours of flight, and having passed the theoretical exam. Pilots with this license are authorized to practice C172 / C182 / AN26 / B732 / B734 / B738 / B777 / DC93 / MD82. The pilot aspiring to this category must be First Officer.
4.8) Instructor Pilot: The pilot holding this POSITION must undergo a theoretical / practical exam in a Cessna model airplane, demonstrate knowledge of visual and instrument flights, and also have the capacity to teach other interested parties. Requirements for this position, be a Captain, and of course pass the theoretical / practical exam.
4.9) Regarding the topics covered in the theoretical exams, they will be equivalent to the IVAO ranges, and the questions based on the IVAO documentation, strengthened on its own official site:

1-Student Pilot (theoretical entrance exam to the VA) - General of virtual aviation.

2-Private Pilot (theoretical exam) - PP / FS3 rank.

3-First Officer (theoretical exam) - SPP rank.

4-Commercial Pilot (theoretical exam) -CP rank.

5-Instructor - FS3 / PP / PC documentation applied to practice.


5) Access to Administration

5.1) Users registered through Hispana Airways who wish to collaborate in the administration and management of the VA, may request it through the contact channels.
